PERSONALIZATION

After purchase, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout to begin your order.

At that time, you will be asked to provide:

• Guest names only

• Guest names with table assignments (if applicable)

Your guest list may be submitted in a Word document, Excel spreadsheet, CSV file, or by email.

Please carefully review all spelling and formatting before submitting your final guest list, as guest names are printed exactly as provided.

PROOF APPROVAL

Once your guest list has been received, a personalized digital proof will be sent to the email address provided at checkout for review and approval before production begins.

Please carefully review all guest names, table assignments, and formatting. Production will begin only after final approval has been received.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING

• Production time: 3–5 business days after proof approval

• Estimated U.S. shipping: 4–5 business days after production

Please note that shipping timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and may occasionally experience delays.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

Due to the custom nature of personalized printed items, returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are not accepted.

However, if your order arrives damaged or contains a printing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can assist with a replacement if applicable.

The Tiny Owl is not responsible for carrier delays, incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout, delayed deliveries caused by insufficient address information, or errors submitted by the customer in their guest list or personalization details.

EDITING & PRINTING INSTRUCTIONS

How it Works: 

Minutes after you place your order, you will receive an email from Templett to the email associated with your order.

Follow the link to access your template.

Customize your details to the template, save and download.

Print at home, local copy center or an online print company.

You can save your template and continue editing at any time for up to 1 year from the date of purchase.

Editing:

Edit yourself on your desktop using Templett. Tablet & Phone editing is NOT currently supported.

No special software needed. Access the template instantly, edit the text, download as a JPG, PNG, or PDF file, and print. Unlimited edits and downloads for 1 year from the date of your purchase.

Color Rich Designs: We recommend printing designs rich in color at online printing shops like zazzle.com or vistaprint.com 

Simple Black and White Designs: Designs that are not rich in color print great at home or at office store printers like FedEx, Staples, Office Depot, etc.

You can edit, save and download your template unlimited times for editing & proofing purposes only. Creating multiple versions for various projects or events is not permitted and may result in your access being revoked.

• The viewing, printing or downloading of any content, graphics or templates from The Tiny Owl Paperie is solely for your own personal use and not for republication, distribution, sale or other use.
• The Tiny Owl Paperie reserves the right to revoke access to a template if the user fails to comply with the terms.

Returns
