How do I access my template after purchase?
Within minutes of purchase, you will receive an email from Templett with a link to access your template. Simply create a free Templett account or log in to begin editing your design. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the email.
Can I edit my template on my phone or tablet?
Templett works best on a desktop or laptop computer. While edits are poissible on a mobile device, functionality may be limited.
What can be edited?
Most text can be edited, including wording, font size, font color, and text placement. Some templates may also allow changes to background colors or artwork. Please refer to the individual listing description for specific editing capabilities.
Where should I print my items?
You may print your designs at home, through a local print shop, or using an online printing service. Popular options include Staples, FedEx Office, Office Depot, and local print providers.
Please note that colors may vary slightly between screens, printers, paper types, and print providers.

How do wedding website templates work?
After purchase, you will receive a Canva template link that allows you to customize your wedding website. A free Canva account is required to access and edit the template. You can personalize the text, photos, colors, and details to create a website that reflects your celebration.
PRINTED PRODUCTS
How do personalized printed items work?
After placing your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout to collect your personalization details and any files needed to begin your order. Once everything has been received, a digital proof will be prepared for your review and approval before printing.
How should I submit my guest list or personalization information?
Personalization requirements vary by product. Some items, such as welcome signs and event signage, collect personalization details directly at checkout. Other items, such as place cards and escort cards, require additional information after purchase. In those cases, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout to collect your guest list and any files needed to begin your order.
Please refer to the individual product description for specific personalization instructions. All personalization is printed exactly as submitted, so we recommend carefully reviewing all names, dates, and details before submission.
When will I receive my proof?
Proofs are typically sent within 1–3 business days after all personalization details have been received. Production will begin only after final proof approval has been received.
SHIPPING
How long does shipping take?
Production times vary by product and are listed within each product description. Once production is complete, most U.S. orders arrive within approximately 4–7 business days. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
What is your Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policy?
Due to the personalized and custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds on digital templates, wedding website templates, or personalized printed items.
If your printed order arrives damaged or contains a printing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can assist with a replacement if applicable.
